Hotel Poenita is a family business, which started its activity in 1996 being the first private hotel in Sighisoara. It proposes to offer the best services to the entire contentment of the customers. The hotel is located at the periphery of the city in a charmfully environment, a perfect interaction of the nature surrounded by depths and hills.
The hotel is divided in 34 rooms, 24 rooms of it with 2 twin beds, 4 rooms with 3 beds and 6 rooms with double bed; all those are concordant to the strict standards of the European Union. Each room has its own bathroom, Cable TV (with 44 channels), a telephone, and Internet access. The hotel Poenita is practicing both a recovery Holiday-tourism and one for business. We offer a room with 30 seats for conference. There is also a guarded parking place and a swimming pool. The modern and elegant restaurant, offers you a variety of Romanian and European culinary specialties. It is a complex of a main hall and a smaller one with 60 seats. During the summer, everyone can enjoy a drink on the terrace that has more than 30 seats. The restaurant offers a romantic and hospitable Atmosphere combined with the wonderful landscape. One can say Quality at small prices. The restaurant Poenita offers the opportunity to organize ceremonies during the whole year and guarantees just the best.
