Situated on a 1000 square meters piece of land, it has boarding capacity for ten people . Next to the villa, there is 1000 square meters garden, an ideal place for playing, meditating or walking in the midst of nature . Housekeeping is provided 24 hours a day . Breakfast is not included in the boarding cost. Endowment of the place : parking for cars, terraces, grill, central heating (methane gas), night lightening of the yard, 5 rooms with cable TV, living room with bar and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms. All our rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, each one in a different manner and have cable TV. There are three shower bathrooms, with hot water an any hour. The villa has a telephone and is situated very close to Bran Castle and Bran Center with its restaurants. Milenium Villa is placed at an 800 meters distance from Bran Castle, at the entrance in Predelut village, presenting a magnificent view.
